Q: Do you care for pets with special needs or medications?

✔️ Yes! We’re comfortable administering oral medications and following special feeding or care routines. Please let us know your pet’s needs at the meet-and-greet.

Q: How does booking work?

✔️ You can call, text, or schedule online. We’ll set up a free meet-and-greet before your first service so you and your pets are comfortable.

Q: Do you charge extra for multiple pets?

✔️ Our base rates include one pet. Each additional dog is +$2, cats/small pets are +$1, and farm animals vary slightly depending on setup..

Q: What updates will I receive?

✔️ After every visit, we send a text or email update with notes and a photo of your pets.

Q: Do you work on holidays?

✔️ Absolutely. We do add a small holiday fee (+$5 per visit / +$15 per overnight).

Q: Can you also take care of my home while I’m away?

✔️ Yes! We offer light home care (mail, plants, lights, trash bins) for just $10 extra per visit.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

✔️ We understand plans change. Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice are free of charge. Last-minute cancellations may be billed at 50% of the service fee.
